I enjoyed reading about your adventure. My husband has recently been called by God into ministry. It is a very humbling and frightening experience, but I know God has a plan for each of our lives and He will not forsake us. He is always right on time!!!
Best wishes to you and your family as you follow God’s will!!
I hope you enjoy your shopping adventure Trena!

You know I’m a Gap lovin’ girl, so I just had to post here. 😉
Quit giving away prizes…your husband left his job. Save your money for oatmeal. 🙂 Love ya! JoAnne
I know. I thought about that but I might as well offer them while I can! 🙂
Jennifer, I just read your blog and am so very excited for you and your family. Following God’s plan sometimes does seem insane especially to those who surround us. Jason and I began an adventure of insanity 11 years ago, when God called me to be at home with my kids. Financially NONE of it made any sense, in fact Jason said after it was all on paper,”this won’t work”. However God prompted him in the night one night and when I left for my job Jason told me, don’t renew your contract. Yes, it was scary but God is so faithful! We cut our income in more than 1/2 and were able to get out of debt, no on paper it wouldn’t work, I have learned that God will not be put “on paper” or in a box, he specializes in the supernatural! Be encouraged and follow His heart! I’m excited for you! Love, Lisa
Jennifer, I loved the adventure and pictures of the fair. Here in East Texas our family loves to go to the Syrup Festival in Henderson. We always have a great time and the girls have lots of questions! I am also praying for your family as you embark on this adventure in ministry. I can also say that growing up with my Dad as the Pastor of a church sometimes we were not sure how our needs would be met, but the Lord supplied all our needs. Thank you for sharing your life!
What an amazing adventure you have begun…and how blessed we all are that you are sharing it with us. I know that it will not all be cute goats and thrilling bike rides, but God never ceases to amaze us when we seek His path. I will be a frequent visitor here and will keep your family in my thoughts often. Tell Big T hi for me and give the girls a hug.
Your “adventure” story thus far is echoed in my life as we face so many unknowns ourselves at this point in time. For me it has been an adventure of growth in trusting God who has a plan and knows our future. Will be following your story. May God bless and honor your commitment to obey.
Jennifer, I’m so glad to see you and your husband answer the call of the Lord. I loved reading your blog and seeing your husband discover the different ways how God speaks to him.
So excited for you and your family as you put your faith and trust in the one guiding your footsteps. …may you leave footprints everywhere you go!!
Blessings!
Suzanne Holt
Wow…what a ride you’re on! I’ve got a couple of ideas for you, as you follow His path into the wide unknown, knowing that HE goes before you and with you.
First, your writing style is a great mix of visual storytelling. Keep going on that adventure. I just learned about a website where you can easily publish. It’s called http://www.LuLu.com. I’d love a copy of your book…”Transforming Tidbits…from decor to dreams” or something clever!
Second, your photos and tidbit captions will make wonderful greeting cards to share with others. The generous spirit you have flows to all you meet.
Enjoy this season of your life, journal, photograph, and celebrate life!
Great job Jennifer Will be praying for your family
Love Jackie
